Why Choose Us for
Snoring Treatment
No Device at Bedtime
QuietNite uses the DEKA SmartXide UltraSpeed2 CO2 laser to tighten soft tissue in the palate and throat. There is no surgery involved, and no appliance to wear during sleep.
A Three-Visit Series
Treatment is a short series of in-office sessions, with one QuietNite treatment per month for three months. Each visit takes place in our Warsaw office, so you never need to go elsewhere.
Book It Yourself
You do not need a sleep study or a referral to get started. Snorers, or the bed partners who hear them, can book directly with Dr. Bill Stofer or Dr. Brock Spangle.

How QuietNite Laser Treatment Works
Why Snoring Happens
During sleep, the tissues in your throat relax. Airflow can make that relaxed tissue vibrate, and the vibration is the snoring sound a partner hears.
What the Laser Does
QuietNite is a non-surgical protocol built around the DEKA SmartXide UltraSpeed2 CO2 laser. It tightens soft tissue in the palate and throat to help open the airway. The goal is less snoring and better airflow.
Results vary from patient to patient. However, many patients notice an improvement in snoring within a week of the first treatment, with full results becoming apparent within about a month of the last treatment. Results can last as long as a year before a maintenance treatment becomes necessary.
Help for Snorers and Their Partners
When someone reaches out to us about snoring treatment, it's often not the patient. If you are the partner who hears it and lies awake each night, you can book directly with Dr. Bill Stofer or Dr. Brock Spangle based on those concerns. No sleep study or referral is needed.
QuietNite gives couples an option that doesn’t involve surgery or bulky devices worn overnight. If you already see us as your dentist in Warsaw, IN, your QuietNite visits take place in that same office. We have a range of dental technology to make your care quicker, more comfortable, and more effective.
When Snoring May Signal Sleep Apnea
Snoring can be harmless, or it can be a sign of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Watch for these signs in yourself or your partner:
- Gasping during sleep
- Pauses in breathing
- Daytime fatigue
If any of these sound familiar, schedule an evaluation with a sleep physician. Dental Solutions does not diagnose sleep apnea in-house, and QuietNite is not a sleep apnea treatment. It is designed to reduce snoring and improve airflow.

Common Questions About Snoring
Do I need a sleep study before QuietNite?
No. You can book directly at our Warsaw office without a sleep study or a referral. If you notice signs of sleep apnea, such as gasping or pauses in breathing, we recommend seeing a sleep physician as well.
Will I have to wear anything to bed?
No. QuietNite tightens soft tissue in the palate and throat, so there is no appliance to wear at night.
How many treatments will I need?
The QuietNite protocol is a series of three in-office treatments. Each one is scheduled about a month after the last, so the full series spans roughly three months. After about a year, you may need a touch-up treatment.
When will I notice results?
It varies, but many patients notice an improvement within about a week of their first treatment session. Full results often become apparent within four to six weeks of the third treatment.
Does QuietNite cure sleep apnea?
No. QuietNite is designed to reduce snoring and improve airflow. It does not treat, cure, or eliminate sleep apnea, and results vary from patient to patient. Anyone with signs of sleep apnea should be evaluated by a sleep physician.
Is QuietNite a surgery?
No. QuietNite is a non-surgical approach. It uses the DEKA SmartXide UltraSpeed2 CO2 laser on soft tissue in the palate and throat during in-office visits spread over three months.
Who performs QuietNite treatment?
Dr. Bill Stofer and Dr. Brock Spangle both see snoring patients at Dental Solutions. Dr. Stofer is an Indiana University graduate, and Dr. Spangle earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery there. Both practice at our single Warsaw location, so every visit in your three-part series happens in one office.
Can I use insurance for this snoring treatment?
Insurance does not cover QuietNite, but we do offer in-house financing in addition to working with Cherry and CareCredit® to make this treatment a fit for your budget.
